### Describe the issue this Pull Request addresses Follow-up to #20020 and [this review comment](https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/20020#discussion_r4135456616). The GCP bundle relocates Protobuf, but `orc-core` is supplied externally. Shading rewrites `OrcUtils.readFooter()` to expect a relocated return type from `UserMetadataItem.getValue()`, which the external ORC class does not provide. Reading an ORC footer with user metadata through this bundle can fail with `NoSuchMethodError`. ### Summary and Changelog Read footer values through ORC’s `Reader.getMetadataValue()` API instead of the Protobuf-based footer API. Add a packaging test that checks the shaded `OrcUtils` has no relocated Protobuf reference. ### Impact No public API or file-format change. The GCS lock path is unchanged. ### Risk Level Low. `TestOrcUtils` passed, and all 3 GCP bundle compatibility tests passed.
