Addressed the first two: the trailer sentence names the `uint64` fields (four offsets, `uncompressed_data_index_size`, `total_uncompressed_bytes`, `entry_count`) and the `uint32` ones, the summary now scopes the 4-byte sizes to blocks, keys and values and calls out the 8-byte file totals, and the mid-key metadata is documented in the multi-level subsection. On the optional one, I'd keep the per-field notes: each is one sentence and sits where a reader meets the width, which is where the `int` offset bug in the native reader came from.
