## Description
The C ABI crate is no longer JVM-only: #834 builds it out so a C++ engine
such as the DuckDB extension can plan and stream reads through it. This renames
`crates/jvm-ffi` (`hudi-jvm-ffi`, lib `hudi_jvm_ffi`) to `crates/ffi`
(`hudi-ffi`, lib `hudi_ffi`) while the crate is still unpublished and nothing
outside this repo depends on it, and updates the description, crate docs and
the AGENTS.md layout to match.
The exported `hudi_ffi_*` symbols do not change. The built library is now
`libhudi_ffi`, so a JNA caller that loads it by name needs the new name. #834
rebases onto this.
