## Description
`ParquetObjectReader` was deprecated in parquet 59.2 (arrow upgrade #698
left `allow(deprecated)` in the parquet base-file reader). This replaces it
with hudi-rs's own `AsyncFileReader` over `object_store`, folding the previous
`CountingReader` + `ParquetObjectReader` stack into a single
`CountingObjectStoreReader`.
Footer metadata loads go through an `UncountedStoreFetch` so they are not
billed to `ReadVolume`; column-chunk IO still increments the counter. That
keeps the existing read-volume semantics used by the file-group reader.
Closes #843.
## How are the changes test-covered
- [x] Automated tests (unit and/or integration tests)
- Existing parquet base-file unit tests under `hudi-core` (17 passed with
`--no-default-features`).
- Added `footer_fetch_is_not_counted_as_read_volume` to lock the
uncounted-footer behavior.
- `cargo clippy -p hudi-core --no-default-features -- -D warnings` clean.
- [ ] N/A
- [ ] Manual tests
- [ ] Details are described below
## AI assistance
Assisted by an AI coding agent (Cursor / Grok Bot) for reading #843/#698,
implementing `CountingObjectStoreReader`, and drafting tests/PR text. I
reviewed the diff and ran the targeted `hudi-core` unit tests and clippy.
