### Describe the bug
`Table::create(uri).create()` builds its storage from the explicit storage
options only. Credentials and settings in `AWS_*`, `AZURE_*`, `GOOGLE_*` or
`HOODIE_ENV_*` environment variables are ignored, so creating a table on
`s3://` with environment credentials falls back to the instance metadata
endpoint and fails, while opening the same table through `TableBuilder`
resolves them and works.
### To Reproduce
With `AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID`, `AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY`, `AWS_REGION` and
`AWS_ENDPOINT` set:
```rust
Table::create("s3://bucket/trips").with_table_name("trips").with_record_key_fields(["id"]).create().await
```
fails after retrying `PUT http://169.254.169.254/latest/api/token`.
### Expected behavior
`create` resolves storage options from the environment the same way
`TableBuilder` does, with explicit options taking precedence.
