### Describe the issue this Pull Request addresses Closes #20469 ### Summary and Changelog The Python/Rust quick start now starts from `pip install hudi` and walks a complete write loop: create a table keyed by a record key, append, upsert changed rows, delete, and read back only what changed with an incremental query, in Python and in Rust. A short section explains why the record-level index keeps upserts and deletes to the touched file groups, and a use-case section lists the single-node benchmark scenarios from hudi-rs `benchmark/upsert` with their results. llms.txt gains the quick start and a hudi-rs section, and the use-cases page links the native client as a writer. The write APIs shown ship in hudi-rs 0.6.0, so this should merge with or after that release. The results table is a placeholder until a full benchmark run on an idle machine lands; that comes in a follow-up commit on this PR. ### Impact Website only. ### Risk Level none ### Documentation Update This is the documentation update. ### Contributor's checklist - [x] Read through [contributor's guide](https://hudi.apache.org/contribute/how-to-contribute) - [x] Enough context is provided in the sections above - [ ] Adequate tests were added if applicable -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
