## Description
closes #885
Stacked on #877 and #878, review those first; this PR's own change is the
last commit.
`HudiWriteResult` now exposes `completion_time` so Python callers can bound
an incremental read strictly after their own write. On timeline layout v2 the
incremental start bound is compared against completion times, so passing the
write's `instant` returns that commit again. The value comes from the core
write result added in #877, is `None` when no commit is written or on a table
version 6 timeline, and also shows in `repr`.
## How are the changes test-covered
- [ ] N/A
- [x] Automated tests (unit and/or integration tests)
- [ ] Manual tests
- [ ] Details are described below
A new test checks that an incremental read from `completion_time` excludes
the write while one from `instant` includes it, and that a no-op delete reports
`None`.
