### Feature Description When a write populates the meta fields, `prepare_batches_for_write_with_offset` builds `_hoodie_commit_seqno` with one `format!` per row, collected into a `Vec<String>` and then copied into the Arrow array. That is a heap allocation and a copy for every row written, on the writer's single preparation thread. Proposed: write each sequence number straight into an Arrow `StringBuilder`, so the column is built in one buffer. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
