## Description
Every error from the core library reaches Python as `HudiCoreError`, and the
stubs document it, but the class was never added to the extension module, so
`from hudi import HudiCoreError` failed and callers could only catch
`Exception`. This registers it on `hudi._internal` (which also gives it the
right `__module__`), re-exports it from `hudi`, and declares it in the stub.
The read-option and streaming tests that expect a core error now catch it by
name.
