PR #964 addresses this: relative object-store paths built with PathBuf joins produce backslashes on Windows, breaking multi-level partition enumeration. The PR replaces the 4 affected joins with a forward-slash helper and re-enables the Windows CI job (disabled until this issue was resolved).
