## What is the purpose of the pull request Fixing a bug in the metadata table reader which does not return the correct view of the metadata. Please [see the issue](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HUDI-1717) for details. ## Brief change log 1. Metadata table reader will sync in-memory all the instants which have been completed but not yet applied to the metadata table. 2.
