[kie-issues#2411] Align Tomcat, OpenNLP, Wildfly Elytron, and Zstd-jni with
Quarkus 3.33.4 (#7169)
- Bump version.tomcat.embed.core from 11.0.25 to 11.0.26
- Bump version.org.apache.opennlp from 2.5.11 to 2.5.12
- Add version.com.github.luben.zstd-jni 1.5.7-16 and dependencyManagement
entry to align with quarkus-bom 3.33.4
- Add version.org.wildfly.elytron 2.8.5.Final and dependencyManagement
entries (wildfly-elytron-asn1, wildfly-elytron-password-impl) for non-Quarkus
Infinispan modules
