[KYUUBI #3555] [FEATURE] Helm install help set kyuubi pod global env
### _Why are the changes needed?_
On kubernetes case, we may need global env.
We add examples in `docker/helm/values.yaml`
### _How was this patch tested?_
- [ ] Add some test cases that check the changes thoroughly including
negative and positive cases if possible
- [ ] Add screenshots for manual tests if appropriate
