Unifying arguments in create_node in the cloudstack driver with the other
drivers ?
So far I was mostly looking at the list of extension methods in the ec2 driver
and trying to improve the coverage...
There is indeed a lack of consistency in how arguments are handled...
Once I get over the functionality issues of the driver with advanced networks
in cloudstack, I will work on the unification :)
