[~arren]: I see. Using the debugger session approach NetBeans would allow you
to tell exactly what this "something" is that other threads are waiting on. On
the one hand it looks like a bug in the JDK somewhere, but on the other hand it
also seems to be related to your scenario. That's why knowing details about it
might help you solve or work around it.
