[~cbm64] is probably referring to constant
{{org.netbeans.modules.git.utils.GitUtils.MASTER}}.
This constant is used on few places in Git module as default/fallback branch
name.
If I understand this proposal correctly, it means replace usage of
{{GitUtils.MASTER}} with value read from {{init.defaultBranch}}.
