## Summary - add the initial `nxpkg` lifecycle helper under `system/nxpkg` - include the local metadata/store foundation and the first local `install`/`list` flow - keep the runtime fixes needed for stable metadata handling ## Notes - this PR is the application-first slice only, as discussed - board-side XIAO validation/config changes will follow separately in `nuttx` - follow-up work such as library support, crypto-subsystem migration, and later lifecycle features will come in later PRs ## Validation - build-validated in the active XIAO ELF worktree - end-to-end runtime path validated on the XIAO ESP32S3 Sense from the corresponding GSoC branch before preparing this clean submission branch -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
