CCM/clock incremental landed on tip `fef6d2d28c7` (`arch/arm/imxrt: Expand RT118x CCM registers and clock driver.`). - Adds RT118x CCM root/LPCG headers + clock-root/gate/frequency helpers, plus ANADIG OSC/PLL/PMU and GPC register headers. - Debugger-load path still prefers an already-valid `SYS_PLL3_DIV2` LPUART root when present; otherwise stays on the always-available 24 MHz RC source. - PLL *bring-up writes* remain deferred pending ELE/TRDC (honest: frequency helpers can read existing PLL state; no ELE/TRDC-gated PLL programming yet). - Also re-clears MSPLIM/PSPLIM immediately before early clock setup on RT118x. Smoke: prior FRDM-IMXRT1186 LinkServer RAM load reached `nsh>` / `help` / `uname -a`. This tip not re-smoked on hardware in this push; host configure of `frdm-imxrt1186:nsh` was the earlier bar.
