.codespell-ignore-lines: Accept the Telnet command name WONT.
The telnetd guide names the Telnet negotiation command WONT (RFC 854).
codespell reads it as a misspelling of "won't", so checkpatch fails for
every change whose range includes the guide. Add the line to the
ignore list.
