## Summary With `ARCH_HAVE_PERF_EVENTS_USER_ACCESS` (Cortex-R82, fvp-armv8r), `arm64_perf.c` is in both the kernel and the user source lists, and make warns `target 'arm64_perf.o' given more than once in the same rule`. A flat build has no user library, so the user copy is now added only to non-flat builds, as armv7-r and the CMake build already do. A protected build needs both copies, so the arm64 object rules sort their object lists, which removes the duplicate names. Reported by @xiaoxiang781216 in #20559. ## Impact Build warnings only; the objects in each library are the same as before. ## Testing Make, with -Werror, on macOS: | Config | Warnings before | Warnings after | arm64_perf.o in libarch / libkarch | |---|---|---|---| | fvp-armv8r:nsh | 5 | 0 | - / yes | | fvp-armv8r:pnsh | 6 | 0 | yes / yes | | qemu-armv8a:knsh | 0 | 0 | - / yes | -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
