## Summary The rp23xx chip page did not describe /dev/rtc0 and its alarm (#20490) or power management (#20491); only the board pages described the pm configurations. This adds the alarm to the RTC section, a Power Management section (states, wake sources, options, limits), and PM to the peripheral table. It also adds a page for apps/examples/pmstress (apache/nuttx-apps#3811). ## Impact Documentation only. ## Testing tools/checkpatch.sh -c -u -m -g passes.
