arch/armv7-a: Include stdbool.h and stdint.h in arm.h.
The arm_fault_kill() prototype in arm.h uses bool and uint32_t, but
arm.h did not include the headers that define them. a1x_boot.c
includes arm.h before such a header, so pcduino-a10:nsh did not build:
"unknown type name 'bool'".
