## Summary
Add SYSTEM_FASTBOOTD_DOWNLOAD_ADDR (default 0). When non-zero,
fastbootd uses a board-reserved region of SYSTEM_FASTBOOTD_DOWNLOAD_MAX
bytes at that address as the download buffer instead of malloc'ing one,
as U-Boot and LK do, and never frees it.
## Impact
None unless a board sets the option; the default keeps malloc.
## Testing
sim:nsh with fastbootd over the serial transport, 4 KiB download:
- DOWNLOAD_ADDR=0: download OKAY (malloc path).
- DOWNLOAD_ADDR=0x20000000 (region reserved by the host): download
OKAY; `oem memdump` + `upload` read back matches byte for byte.
