     Each commit is self-contained:
     - remove the iLLD SDK configuration, then the iLLD based sources
     - Kconfig: family (TC3x/TC4x) and chip selectors
     - GCC, HighTec LLVM and TASKING toolchain support, Make and CMake
     - libc TriCore atomics/setjmp built with TASKING
     - core: context switch, interrupts, traps, CSA handling
     - STM oneshot tick timer
     - TC3x clock tree and ENDINIT password handling
     - GPIO and ASCLIN UART driver
     - a2g-tc375-lite board with nsh config, CI test list
     - documentation

Cache, hwdebug, perf and MPU were iLLD based in the old port and are
kept as native implementations or follow in separate PRs.

     # Impact

Only arch/tricore, boards/tricore and the TriCore documentation. The
old a2g-tc397-5v-tft and triboard_tc4x9_com boards are removed together
with iLLD, a2g-tc397xa-3v3-tft comes back in <link 4-of-5>. TriCore is
added to the CI test list.

     # Testing

     Toolchains:
     - AURIX GCC 11.3.1 (tricore-elf-gcc)
     - HighTec clang 10.2.0
     - TASKING VX-toolset for TriCore v6.4r1

Build: every commit built. At the board commit and after,
a2g-tc375-lite:nsh builds with all three toolchains, with Make and
     CMake. checkpatch passes.

     Runtime on KIT_A2G_TC375_LITE, flashed:
     - NSH boots on UART0 (ASCLIN0) at 115200.
     - ostest passes Logs attached:
