## Summary
Add I2C hardware definitions and lower-half driver. The stm32wb I2C
hardware is identical to L4, so it is used for source.
However stm32wb works on 64MHz, so there are some differences in clock
setup.

## Testing
I2C features are configurable and compiles successfully. Not tested on the
board.
