This reverts commit 688d2bb820a865360a2521f6d8a48f16a494f324.
It's not clear how many PPI channels is required.
Let's assume the worst case scenario, which is the previous version.
- arch/nrf52: fix configuration for SoftDevice, LFCLK is required but it
doesn't have to be XTAL
- arch/nrf52/nrf52_sdc: fix memory configuration for MULTIROLE
