Review Comment:
Fixed in 3556208618d4e545f2d5470e27e23751264bebee. Accounting still uses
`long`, with `Math.addExact` rejecting overflow. The pass logs a WARN and
returns blocked before candidate selection or deletion; the existing `finally`
publishes `SIZE_RETENTION_BLOCKED=1` exactly once.
Added `testSizeRetentionSkipsTableWhenSegmentSizeTotalOverflows` for both
OFFLINE and REALTIME using `Long.MAX_VALUE + 1`. It verifies no deletion and
one blocked-gauge publication. The test failed against the previous code
because it published gauge 0, then passed with the fix. All 80 targeted tests
passed, together with scoped formatting, Checkstyle, license checks, and the
added-line compiler-warning check. Updated the PR description with this
coverage.
