Review Comment:
   The regex helped avoid parsing numbers during validation. Using separator 
based approch becomes more complex with handling number parsing.
   
   Regex `uploaded_(.+)_(\\d+)_(\\d+)_(\\d+)$` is handling sequenceId as well.
