### Motivation
There are some unused codes about entry metadata. It's better to remove them.
### Modifications
* Remove some unused codes about `AddEntryMetadataException` and
`addBrokerEntryMetadata`
### Verifying this change
This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
