Update project version to 0.6.x (#204)
This updates the project version from 0.5.x to the next minor 0.6.x,
specifically `0.6.0-SNAPSHOT`. The reasoning is the update from
Pulsar 3.3.x to 4.0.x warrants at least a minor bump.
