@oneby-wang There seems to be a few more locations where the same flakiness pattern occurs. please check at least `cursorPersistenceAsyncMarkDeleteSameThread`. `testLazyCursorLedgerCreationForSubscriptionCreation` appeared flaky too and it would be worth checking whether it's the same problem.
