Update: #1472 now also moves the settings sync to Java's schedule (1s delay, every 5 minutes). The 30s timer was also rebuilding broken telemetry streams, so that job is now a separate 30s check that only touches sessions whose stream is gone. Recovery keeps the same cadence, and healthy sessions are no longer re-synced every 30 seconds. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
