Rebased onto the latest `rocketmq-studio` baseline and resolved the AlertService/AlertManagement conflicts. The create-rule test now explicitly unmounts after asserting success, so the animated Ant Design modal portal cannot affect neighboring bulk-action tests. Verified the complete `AlertManagement.test.tsx` suite three consecutive times (11/11 each), plus frontend build and `AlertServiceTest,AlertRuleControllerTest` on Java 21. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
