### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #5226 ### Brief Description Six user-visible strings on the consumer group page interpolated into hardcoded Chinese template literals: the header subtitle, the pagination `showTotal` footer and the four batch-import result toasts. They now interpolate through `consumer.*` keys — byte-identical in Chinese. ### How Did You Test This Change `npx vitest run src/pages/instance/__tests__/ConsumerPage.test.tsx` — 40/40 green, including a test that renders the English subtitle and asserts the Chinese template literal is gone. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
