### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #5223 ### Brief Description Four error toasts (record load, summary load, cleanup, export) and the cleanup-window suffix rendered hardcoded Chinese on an otherwise localized page. They now resolve through `t()` with `audit.*` keys for both languages. ### How Did You Test This Change `npx vitest run src/pages/ops/__tests__/` — 94/94 green, including a new test that renders the page in English and pins the load toast and the cleanup suffix. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
