### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #5222 ### Brief Description The shared selector already read the language context for its failure branch but hardcoded the default placeholder and the empty-list text, so every instance page showed 选择实例 / 暂无匹配实例 to English viewers. The default now resolves through `t()` behind an explicit placeholder, and the empty list renders `instanceSelect.notFound` in the display language. ### How Did You Test This Change New `InstanceSelect.test.tsx`: renders under the English locale (placeholder plus the open dropdown's empty-list text), and keeps an explicitly provided placeholder working. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
