### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes - Fixes #5379 ### Brief Description The audit page now clears the record rows and total when the latest record request fails, and clears the filtered summary when its current request fails. The summary cards render the existing localized fetch-failed message for an unavailable summary instead of treating it as a real zero-record result. Older requests remain guarded and cannot erase newer results. ### Verification - The new regression fails on unmodified trunk: after both filtered reads fail, the old `topic-a` timeline action stays in the table. - `cd web && node node_modules/vitest/vitest.mjs run src/pages/ops/__tests__/AuditPage.test.tsx src/pages/ops/__tests__/AuditSummaryCards.test.tsx --pool=threads --maxWorkers=1 --reporter=dot` — 15 tests passed. - `cd web && node node_modules/eslint/bin/eslint.js src/pages/ops/audit.tsx src/pages/ops/AuditSummaryCards.tsx src/pages/ops/__tests__/AuditPage.test.tsx` — passed. - `cd web && node node_modules/typescript/bin/tsc -p tsconfig.app.json --noEmit --pretty false` — passed. - `git diff --check` — passed. ### AI Assistance AI assistance helped inspect the audit list and summary request paths and draft the failed-filter regression.
