### Problem `TopicDeleteToolHandler` — the `rmq.topic.delete` mutation tool — had **no test**. ### Change Add `TopicDeleteToolHandlerTest` with four tests: | Contract | Pinned behaviour | | --- | --- | | execute | deletes the named topic **under the context's instance** — the two-argument `deleteTopic(instanceId, name)`, never the instance-less single-argument overload | | preview | reads the current state and shows it as the before diff (name, remark), with **no after state** — a delete has no target configuration | | warning | the preview carries the retained-messages-unavailable warning — the line that makes the operator pause | | identity | the tool name and input type round-trip | ### Verification - New tests: **4/4 green** against unmodified code. - Discriminating mutations on the handler (build result verified): the delete routed to the instance-less overload (**red**); the preview's current-state read dropped (**red**); the unavailability warning dropped (**red**). - Restored: 4/4 green.
