### Before Creating the Bug Report - [x] Searched useInstanceFilter and trailing-slash issues/PRs; the existing retry-loading work (#5627/#5628) is separate. ### Studio Version rocketmq-studio@c99b9ad50b79467546997e51f3401d57ceebea5f. ### Describe the Bug React Router accepts a trailing slash for the instance resource routes, but useInstanceFilter's two path regexes reject it. /instance/instance-b/consumer/ loses both the requested instance and section and can be replaced with /instance/instance-a/topic after discovery. Likewise /instance/message/ redirects to topic instead of message. ### Expected Behavior Accepted trailing-slash routes must preserve the instance and resource section. Static-section routes should choose a default instance within that section. Instance-switch actions should remain in the selected section. ### Verification Plan MemoryRouter regressions across all five resource sections with known, unknown and encoded instance names and static-section paths. ### Are You Willing to Submit a Pull Request?
