It does not stop a re-entrant onValuesChange, because rc-field-form's setFieldsValue never triggers onValuesChange: that callback is fired from updateValue, which only the user-input path reaches. Reword the comment accordingly. No behaviour change. Tested: ClusterPage.test.tsx -> 31 passed; tsc -b, eslint and prettier clean.
