Head commit for run: cd21299557f252dd7c3c514d1226572f3b8df729 / Yue Wang <[email protected]> fix(ai): fail a run whose result subtype is blank The projector treats a result frame with a missing or blank subtype as an error - it persists an llm.provider.unknown timeline event and warns the live stream - because only the success subtype means success. The executor's decide() read the same blank as "no result frame arrived" and marked the run COMPLETED, so the run row contradicted the error event sitting at the end of its own timeline, and a reload showed a finished answer over a failed one. record() now normalises a blank subtype to the projector's "unknown" before it is stored, so decide() fails the run with the same llm.provider.unknown code the timeline already carries.
