The branch is now updated with the current rocketmq-studio base. The backend test job failed in the unchanged `ResourceOwnershipGuardTest.migrationConcurrentStartupIsIdempotentTest`: H2 reported `java.util.ConcurrentModificationException` (`[50000-240]`). [Job log](https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/actions/runs/38033293904/job/114158479821). This PR changes only the settings UI and its tests. The same upstream base passed the backend test job on my other frontend PRs, so this appears intermittent; I am not treating it as a passing check. I tried rerunning this single job, but GitHub returned 403 (`Must have admin rights to Repository`). A maintainer rerun would help confirm it.
