**Fix Spec — Issue #11352** **Root Cause:** In `LiteSubscriptionRegistryImpl.excludeClientByLmqName`, when an evicted client's `LiteSubscription` is removed (no more liteTopics), the entry in `clientChannels` is not cleaned up.
