Head commit for run: 5db2222f8c60fa6af54ffb0262d0b78357588932 / Apulupie <[email protected]> fix(alerts): stop reporting a failed silence read as no maintenance windows Opening the maintenance-window dialog treated a failed read as "no maintenance windows": `loadSilences` only toasted, the dialog rendered its empty list as `sysAlerts.noMaintenanceWindows`, and no retry was offered. The dialog is also where a window is created, so a false "there are none" invites a duplicate. The failure is now a state: the dialog shows the error with a retry that re-reads the current page, and the empty text is reserved for a read that actually returned nothing. The message and the retry reuse the existing `sysAlerts.silenceLoadFailed` and `common.retry` copy.
