fix(cloud): report unknown client and lag counts instead of measured zeros

fix(cloud): report unknown client and lag counts instead of measured zeros

A cloud consumer-group row carried the VO defaults for the two numbers the
console shows: the
online client count and the backlog. Neither list API returns them
(ListConsumerGroupsResponseBody.List has no such field;
DescribeConsumerGroupList is documented in
the provider as exposing limited fields), so the group list, the group detail
and the CSV export
presented 0 clients and 0 backlog as measurements - the same defect #5449 fixed
for the topic
consumer VO and #4902 for the queue offsets.

The rows now start as unavailable (the -1 the console and the CSV already
render as "unknown"),
and Tencent's enrichment fills both from the DescribeConsumerGroup response it
already fetches for
the creation timestamp and consume model - no additional API call. A missing or
negative detail
value stays unavailable.

AliyunConvertersTest + TencentInstanceProviderTest: 68 tests green, 0
checkstyle violations; the
provider test classes and MetadataServiceTest stay green. Both fixes were
mutation-checked
(reverting the converter and the provider reddens their own cases, "expected:
-1 but was: 0").
