   ### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes

   Fixes #6178

   ### Brief Description

Check the current session drawer owner after a user-session revocation
completes. Previously the continuation captured the user whose drawer was open
at submission time. Closing that drawer and opening another user's drawer while
revocation was pending allowed the old follow-up read to replace the new
drawer's session rows while keeping its new title.

Track the current owner on open, close, loss of admin access, and unmount.
Refresh the session details only when the currently open drawer belongs to the
revoked user; the user list still refreshes normally.

   ### Verification

   - Before the fix, the new drawer-switch regression failed on
`5e4c39b053c35a5598cc79ff331b8a54e649d7b1`: the second user's session row was
replaced by the first user's rows.
   - Added regressions cover switching users while revocation is pending and
closing the drawer before completion. Existing tests retain same-user detail
refresh and mutation-in-flight behavior.
   - `npm test -- src/pages/studio/__tests__/UserManagement.test.tsx`: 14 tests
passed.
   - `npm run lint`: 0 errors, 10 existing warnings.
   - `npm run build`: passed, including the production artifact license check.
   - `git diff --check`: passed.

The complete frontend test suite and backend tests were not run for this
frontend-only change. AI assistance was used to investigate and implement the
fix; the failure was reproduced before changing the source, the code was
independently reviewed, and the checks above were run on the final files.
GitHub CI is pending.
