### What pin the system alert acknowledge contract had no test. This adds the validation contract. ### What is pinned - the alert id is **required** - an acknowledgement that names no alert must fail validation instead of acknowledging nothing. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutations: the required constraint inverted (red). - Restored: green.
