### What ImportCloudInstancesDTO carries a cloud instance import. It had no test. This pins: both the vendor and the credential are required - an import that names neither must fail validation instead of importing nothing or guessing a cloud. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutations: the required constraints dropped (red). - Restored: green.
