### What AiRunStatsVO denormalises the client-reported generation speed into the timeline envelope. It had no test. This pins: a reported speed round-trips, and a never-reported speed stays null instead of degrading to zero - the replayed transcript must not show a fabricated 0 tokens/s. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (pure Lombok view). - Restored: green.
