### What PlainAccessConfigVO is the stored plain access account - whitelist, admin flag, default permissions and per-resource entries. It had no test. This pins: every field round-trips, and a fresh account is non-admin with no restrictions - the safe default for a newly provisioned account. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (pure Lombok view). - Restored: green.
